Chicken off the BBQ and chicken/ apple sausage sauteed in olive oil, steamed veggies thrown in and tossed
Lunch – Broccoli – Pork tenderloin – Coconut milk Snack – hard boiled eggs – apple – almonds I’ll also sip some green tea for the rest of the afternoon, avoiding my typical cup of joe.
